Why Kent Families Choose KlaraLearn
The Kent Test uses GL Assessment format — and our tutors are specialists in exactly that.
Kent Test Specialists
Our tutors understand the specific GL Assessment format used in Kent — four papers, verbal reasoning, maths, English, and non-verbal reasoning. Not the CEM format used elsewhere.
Stage 2 Support
We help borderline pupils maximise their Stage 2 headteacher assessment chances by ensuring strong school engagement and targeted support throughout the year.
Fraction of Local Rates
Local Tonbridge, Maidstone, and Canterbury tutors charge £40–£65/hr. Compare KlaraLearn's global tutor profiles and current rates for online Kent Test support.
A private tutor in Newington, or across the border in Essex
A search for a private tutor in Newington, Kent, is still a Kent Test search for many families in that part of the county. Essex is next door, and Essex grammar schools also use GL Assessment, so a private tutor in Essex is often the same kind of preparation. KlaraLearn does not send a tutor to a house in Newington or Essex. Lessons are online, so the same profiles are available from Tonbridge, Newington, or over the county border. Read online tutoring and the 11 Plus tutor page before you book.
